Group Chief Human Resources Officer

Product Specialist (Cell Biology & Proteomics)

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and marketing of Cell Biology & Proteomics instruments, chromatography products, and reagents in Singapore
  • Conduct technical sales visits, product presentations with consultations
  • Support new technology evaluations and develop product marketing plans
  • Collaborate with Application Scientists and Service Engineers to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Degree in Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field, with relevant laboratory or technical sales/support experience
  • Hands-on knowledge of protein research techniques, including Chromatography,  Electrophoresis, Western blotting & Imaging
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a customer-focused and results-oriented mindset
  • Motivated team player with an interest in technical sales and scientific support

Field Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commissioning, maintenance & servicing a wide range of Life Sciences equipment
  • Conduct routine maintenance & repairs on Life Sciences equipment
  • Diagnose technical problems, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs at customer sites
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide service quotations, detailing the scope of work, parts required, and costs
  • Maintain detailed service records of service activities, parts used, & instrument records
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone/email, or on-site visits
  • Stay current with product knowledge and industry advancements
  • Comply with all safety guidelines and protocols during service visits
  • During the term of employment, the employee shall devote full working time, attention to the performance of their assigned duties, which shall be to the benefit of the Company and/or its Affiliates, defined as any company under the same shareholding structure

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma/ Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics or related)
  • 1 – 3 years’ experience in servicing Life Sciences & Medical equipment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Proficiency in using MS Offices, such as Words, Excel, etc
  • Occasional overseas travel is required

Product Manager (Genomics)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting and implementing Research Instruments’ commercial strategy and work with various key stakeholders in expanding current accounts and creating new markets to deliver Company’s revenue.
  • Establish and foster good relationships with local Key Opinion Leaders, including keeping them engaged with our diverse Genomics offerings
  • Develop good rapport with direct accounts and have a good understanding of their funding situations
  • Work with suppliers and other account managers to develop and execute sales strategies to grow the business in long read sequencing, single cell and spatial genomics products
  • Keep abreast of current industry trends and competitive information
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure needed sales support
  • Fulfil job responsibilities independently in a timely and proactive manner

Candidate should possess:

  • A degree in Life Sciences, with at least 3-5 years of prior experience in Genomics sales.
  • Confer knowledge in next-generation sequencing, with experience in single cell and/or spatial genomics a plus
  • Keen interest in Genomics and multiomics technologies and motivated to be part of a commercial sales and marketing team, seeking financially reward for you and your team’s success
  • Interest to assist customers in solving bottlenecks by proposing best fit solutions based on the products we represent

Technical Sales Specialist – Life Science

Key Responsibilities:

Supported by a team of Product Managers and Application Scientists, you are responsible for overseeing and driving the sales and marketing of instruments and specialty Bioreagents in Singapore, including:

  • Develop specific promotional and relevant marketing and go to market activities, to achieved sales in your territory
  • Generate new customer, develop strong branding & positioning strategies to enhances awareness of our company and its products represented
  • Developing and driving the marketing plan for your products
  • Coordinating with field service and application scientists to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Biomedical field, with a few years of experience in the field of sales and marketing in the Life Science research market
  • Experience and knowledge in the Genomics, Proteomics and Cell Biology research field. Local experience is very helpful
  • Motivated, confident, and interested in excelling in a technical sales field, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team to achieve common corporate goals
  • Ability to fulfill job responsibilities independently in a timely and proactive manner with strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Independent, resourceful with good communications and interpersonal skills. Able to work co-operatively with all level of colleagues
  • Details oriented with strong written and spoken communications
  • Should be Singaporean or PR
