Pure-NA™ 6 x Loading Dye is a pre-mixed loading buffer for tracking DNA migration on agarose and polyacrylamide gels. It consists of two dyes (bromophenol blue and xylene cyanol FF). DNA can be monitored real-time during the process of electrophoresis.
